- New South Wales (NSW), South Australia (SA), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and Queensland (QLD): Approximately 5-10 working days
- Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS): Approximately 7-14 working days

Delivery Services
We utilize a variety of delivery partners to ensure that your items reach you no matter where you are located. However, we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates or times as these aspects are beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally, packages are returned to us for various reasons:
- Inaccurate Address: If your package is returned due to an address discrepancy, our customer care team will contact you for correction. Please note that a re-delivery fee will apply.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If you are not present when your package is delivered and it requires a signature (e.g., items delivered by Australia Post), a notification will be left in your mailbox with instructions for picking it up at your local post office. For items delivered by courier services such as Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will usually be made in advance to schedule delivery at a convenient time. If you miss the scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply.
- Rejected by Receiver: If the item is a gift, please ensure the receiver is aware of the delivery to prevent rejection. If the package is returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be incurred.
Extended Delivery Times
The delivery times provided by our courier partners are for reference only and may extend beyond the expected due to unforeseen circumstances. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Undeliverable Postcodes and Special Conditions
While we strive to deliver products Australia-wide, some postcodes may be undeliverable for specific SKUs. In cases where an extra shipping fee is required due to the location, customers will be informed and given the option to proceed with additional costs or cancel the order. Orders that cannot be delivered will be automatically cancelled and refunded, with email notifications sent out. For deliveries to remote areas, please contact your account manager to ensure successful order processing.
International Shipping
At this time, Equipped 4x4 does not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic deliveries within Australia.
Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses to ensure efficiency and security in deliveries.
