Returning Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we apologize for the inconvenience and are committed to making the return process as smooth as possible at no cost to you.
Step 1: Initiate Your Claim
- Contact us immediately upon discovering the fault or damage. You can reach us via our customer service portal on our website.
- Provide us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos demonstrating the fault or damage.
- Our customer service team will review your submission and respond promptly, typically within 1-2 business days.
Step 2: Return Authorization
- Once your claim is assessed and approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, which you can use to return the item to us without incurring any shipping costs.
Step 3: Packaging and Sending the Item
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, to prevent any damage during transit. Include all manuals, accessories, and parts that were delivered with the product.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated shipping carrier's location.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
- Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection to verify the fault or damage.
- After confirmation, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement as per your preference. This process typically takes up to 10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.
Returns for Change of Mind or Exchanges
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind or if you wish to exchange it for another product, the following terms apply:
Step 1: Contact Us
- Reach out to our customer service team via our website within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return for change of mind or exchange.
- Provide the order number and reason for return. If you are interested in an exchange, please specify the new item you wish to receive.
Step 2: Return Authorization
- Our team will assess your request
- Please note that change-of-mind returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Step 3: Covering Return Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- For exchanges, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item, along with any price difference between the exchanged products.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your return. If it's a change-of-mind return, we will issue a refund minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
- For exchanges, once the returned item is accepted, the new item will be dispatched after any additional costs are settled.

Condition of Returned Items:
